JOIN SWIFT

At SWIFT, we are passionate about driving positive change and promoting female crew members' voices in the film and television landscape. Through our various initiatives, including monthly meetings, mentoring and networking, workshops, panel discussions, and industry events, we aim to elevate the visibility and representation of women in the entertainment sector. Please note SWIFT is primarily an organization for crew members. To join SWIFT, actors must also hold crew positions.

SWIFT MEMBER PRIVILEGES

    Every year
    For any woman or non-binary who works professionally as a crew member in the film and TV business. Minimum of 3 professional credits.
     

  • Student

    25$
    Every year
    For full-time undergraduate and graduate students. Requires proof of enrollment.

CODE OF CONDUCT

As a member of SWIFT, you agree to:

  • Act in alignment with the mission and values of SWIFT across all professional, public, and online settings
     

  • Treat others with professionalism, integrity, and kindness.Refrain from conduct that could negatively affect the safety, reputation, or operations of SWIFT or its community.
     

  • Respect confidentiality around internal discussions, member information, and organizational plans.
     

  • Value and affirm people of all identities, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, background, and religion.
     

  • Refrain from unsolicited promotion or solicitation of services, events, or products. We encourage professional networking at all SWIFT events; let genuine conversation and consent guide any exchange of promotional materials or opportunities.
     

  • Represent your affiliation with SWIFT truthfully, and do not use the organization’s name, events, or network for personal or commercial gain without written permission.
     

  • Accept responsibility for the conduct of any guests you invite to SWIFT events. Seek approval before using the SWIFT name, logo, or branding in promotional or public-facing materials.
     

  • This Code of Conduct applies to all members, event attendees, volunteers, partners, and individuals engaging with SWIFT both in person and online. It is intended to ensure a respectful, welcoming, and professional environment for all.SWIFT reserves the right to delay, deny, or revoke membership if an applicant’s or member’s public conduct — including online behavior — does not align with the values in this Code of Conduct.
     

  • All applicants and members are expected to maintain professionalism and respect in their interactions, even outside SWIFT spaces. Harassment, discrimination, or other forms of misconduct, regardless of where they occur, may result in denial or revocation of membership.
